REFUND POLICY
Force Majeure Refund Policy
- Jordan Insurance Federation hereby undertakes to refund any amounts paid by the participants as indicated in cancellation policy within 5 to 10 working days from submitting date of the cancellation request email to registration@AqabaConf.com
In case of unexpected matters (Force Majeure) such as Pandemics/ Epidemics or any other enforceable situations will cancel the event, JIF will refund all the prepaid fees within 10 working days.
