Hotel Accomendation
- Special rates have been negotiated with selected hotels in Aqaba (near the conferences venue) and Amman, as listed here. Please note that these rates are per room, per night, inclusive of breakfast, and subject to applicable taxes and service charges in both Aqaba and Amman. To ensure access to these preferential rates, participants must submit their accommodation requests by April 15th Reservations made after this date will be subject to room availability and standard rates
- Accommodation will be allocated strictly on first apply first served basis
- Accommodation fees to be paid to Jordan Insurance Federation directly and all other hotel expenses to be paid by the participant upon checking out from the hotel
