ENTRY VISA REQUIREMENTS
  • A color copy of the applicant's/visitor's passport or a valid travel document, with a validity of no less than 6 months
  • copy of the applicant's/visitor's residence permit in the country where they reside, valid for no less than 6 months, if they reside in a country other than their country of origin
  • Submit the visa application before the conference date, noting that the processing time for completing visa procedures requires no less than 14 working days, taking into account official holidays (Eid al-Fitr/Easter)
  • Ensure that all sections of the entry visa form are filled out for the participant and any accompanying person (if applicable)
  • Visas are issued only to guests who have confirmed registration for the conference
  • The entry fee to Jordan at the airport is 40 Jordanian Dinars, equivalent to 57.1 US dollars. (This fee is not covered by the Jordan Insurance Federation.)
