To confirm conference`s participation and hotel accommodations, all required payments must be settled upon online registration through online payments, bank transfer or Jordanian local bank cheque within 30 working days from the online registration date.

The registration is subject to the following cancellation policy:-

1- Free Cancellation for all fees and accommodation if the conference was Cancelled by AqabaConf Organizing Committee for any reason.

2- Free Cancellation for all fees and accommodation if the participation was cancelled by the participant for any reason before 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Saturday 15th of April, 2023.

3- No Refund for all fees and accommodation if the participation was cancelled by the participant for any reason after 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Saturday 15th of April, 2023.

4- If the participant does not pay the accommodation fees before 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Friday 21st of April, 2023, Jordan Insurance Federation has the right to cancel his participation and the hotel reservation.

Important Note:-

Jordan Insurance Federation hereby undertakes to refund any amounts paid by the participants as indicated above within 5 to 10 working days from submitting date of the cancellation request email to registration@AqabaConf.com
