CANCELLATION POLICY

To confirm participation in the conference and hotel accommodation, all required payments must be completed during online registration within 30 working days from the date of online registration

The registration is subject to the following cancellation policy:

  • Free Cancellation of all fees if the conference is cancelled by the AqabaConf Organizing Committee for any reason
  • Free Cancellation of all fees if the participant cancels his/her participation for any reason before 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Friday, April 11, 2025
  • No Refund of any fees if the participant cancels his/her participation for any reason after 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Friday, April 11, 2025
  • If the participant fails to pay the accommodation fees before 11:59 PM (Amman local time) on Friday, April 18, 2025, the Jordan Insurance Federation reserves the right to cancel their participation and hotel reservation

Force Majeure Refund Policy:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances (Force Majeure), such as pandemics, epidemics, or other enforceable situations that result in the cancellation of the event, the Jordan Insurance Federation (JIF) will refund all prepaid fees within 10 working days

Important Note:

  • The Jordan Insurance Federation undertakes to refund any amounts paid by participants, as outlined above, within 10 working days from the submission date of the cancellation request emailed to  registration@AqabaConf.com
